Who am I?
I have worked in the employability sector since 2010, passionately supporting adults and young people to overcome the barriers preventing them from achieving their career goals. Since 2014, I have held leadership and management roles within the private and charity sectors, building and leading agile teams to deliver long term sustainable outcomes to help programme participants improve their lives and the lives of those closest to them.
