I have worked in training/training industry for around 10 years. I have worked as an Engagement officer, Tutor, IQA and then worked my way upwards to become a Centre Manager, then Contracts Manager and now Head of Business Development. As I started out at the ground level; I have a real passion for finding ways to help those who need support find long term learning and employment solutions that have the potential to positively change anyone for the rest of their lives. 

I love candidates who ask me/other members of the panel questions; an interview is an opportunity to learn as well as be asked questions yourself!
