Who am I?

I am currently working as an Interim Team Leader for Coalville and Melton at Acorn Training, bringing over 8 years’ experience within the employability and skills sector. I began my career as a Business Administration Apprentice and have progressed through a range of roles focused on employment support, coaching, and performance development, giving me a well-rounded understanding of both frontline delivery and operational leadership.

In my current position, I lead and support teams to achieve high performance across the Restart programme, driving quality, compliance, and strong customer outcomes. I take a data-driven and coaching-led approach to leadership, focusing on performance optimisation, staff development, and creating a culture of accountability, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
