What I do at Acorn Training
As Head of Early Years I work towards designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive and high-quality curriculum that equips learners and apprentices with the essential skills, knowledge, and attributes necessary for success in their early years childcare careers.
I also implement and maintain a model of standards, professionalism, and positive culture by providing strong leadership to the Early Years curriculum delivery teams. Building an efficient, capable, and flexible teams to achieve our curriculum area targets in alignment with business objectives.

Who am I?
I have a background in working within Early Years settings in a number of roles such as Early Years Educator, Room Manager and 3rd in charge. While in the settings I completed my BTEC National Diploma Children Care, Learning and Development as well as my Bachelor of Arts in Childhood Studies.
I moved into training in 2018 and I have worked as a Trainer/Development Coach, Regional Manager and as Education and Curriculum manager. Within this time I have complete a range of qualification to allow me to develop my skills in teaching to support the learners.
