I oversee and ensure the highest standards of training excellence, programme effectiveness and customer service standards across the business.
I am responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive quality assurance and improvement framework for all aspects of IAG, teaching and learning, assessment, and continuous professional development for staff.
Through continuous evaluation, improvement initiatives, and collaboration with internal teams, my role optimises learning outcomes, learner satisfaction, and the overall achievement of business goals and objectives
